KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong working relationships from your designated outdoor specialist agency: Generating meetings, Structured planning for meetings, Meeting Objectives Respond to briefs with bespoke solutions/proposals
• Increase awareness of the company within your Specialists allocation Updates on New Opportunities, Changes within the environment
• Create Bespoke proposals to target new advertisers within your patch Identify potential new business Support current advertisers Encourage up-spend
• Increase both the brand count and the revenue from your allocated specialist
• Liaise with your UK/Roadside colleagues and relevant Agency / Sphere Exec / Client Joint Proposals, Meetings
• Understanding of your business Who are your key spenders, lapsed clients, competitive media marketplace. Quarterly reports to run on these.
• Ensure CRM is kept up-to-date Call sheets, Prospects, Sales Calendar, Leads to Chase, Business in Hand

DUTIES
• Targeted to have a minimum of 5 meetings per week
• The creation and delivery of high quality, bespoke presentations which are put together with the client’s needs in mind.
• Manage annual renewals
• Influence the short-term UK business in favour of the company
• Chase Competitive activity: Roadside, Underground, Rail & National/ International Press
• Chase Standard Format & Anniversary Clients

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Educated to degree level
• Knowledge of outdoor specialists preferable

PERSON SPECIFICATION
• 1-2 years experience in Media Sales with strong Agency/Specialist Experience
• Willingness to get on the phone and generate new leads
• Ability to present confidently to individuals and groups
• Needs to be assertive, confident, creative and a team player
• Self motivated in achieving sales goals
• PC literacy with good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
