Adecco are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our York based client.

To manage and develop a wide variety of allocated B2B accounts. Responsible for the proactive account management of partners and the proactive investigation and engagement with suitable new partners ensuring that individual and team KPIs can be met. Contributing to a proactive and driven work environment for the sales team.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Culture and environment
? Understand, acknowledge and take accountability for your/their purpose and required productivity.
? Talk openly about advocates and team performance and targets to develop a strong, results-driven, team-oriented culture with healthy competition.
? To work effectively at all times within a fast paced business environment whilst maintaining quality of work and service.

? Following and maintaining all aspects of the culture document.
? Develop and maintain an environment of proactivity, driving a results driven environment at all times

Core Tasks
? Work towards daily achievement of Revenue Targets and agreed KPI's.
? The daily review of team performance against KPI's, targets and expectations.
? Support the sales team to create strategies for overcoming obstacles, customer objections or competitive situations.
? Expert account management of customer accounts
? Developing new business through the booking and arrangement of company webinars
? Ownership of relations with Business Partners
? Complaint handling and dealing with them in a professional manner.
? Good communication skills when liaising with a variety of different partners, both internal and external.
? Maintain a high level of customer service which exceeds consumer expectations.
? Contributing to and maintaining a positive working environment within the sales team
? Business Partner relationship management
? Supervising and managing the training process of new recruits (Product, Sales and Process training)

What we're looking for
? Experience in a sales/ Account Management role
? Evidence of achieving results and working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Experience in CMS Systems
? IT literate
? A genuine passion to offer first class customer service
? A positive and enthusiastic outlook
? Effective telephone skills
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience in confident objection handling
? Experience of motivating, influencing and gaining commitment from customers
? Effective team work to support colleagues and foster a positive team environment
