Membership Marketing Campaign Executive
Our client is looking for experienced marketing professional to join their team and to define, develop and drive online and offline marketing activities to increase membership & commercial sales, grow event attendance and strengthen brand awareness. You will understand the not for profit market and membership sector and thrive on being strategic, creative and you will be passionate about seeing results achieved from their campaigns.
Your challenge is to plan and deliver membership & marketing campaigns around our products & services and create a pipeline for membership and commercial sales. You’ll deliver innovative ways to engage and drive the membership and take a new approach to promoting established products and can turn your hand to progressing new initiatives as and when they arise. You don’t just deliver but will analyse results and adapt plans to ensure the best outcome. You embrace technology and get to grips with IT systems quickly. Digital channels are your thing and you are no stranger to SEO, Google Analytics & Adwords, you even know your way around html code.
The job will involve working with a variety of internal stakeholders and volunteers to support these activities and ensure that key business messages underpin all communications. We need you to contribute to social media activities, manage external suppliers, PR and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to collectively achieve some challenging business objectives.
This is a role that covers a range of disciplines and one that requires solid experience of co-ordinating marketing campaigns, media relations, exhibiting at events, producing marketing materials and managing budgets. Proven project-management ability is essential, along with an in-depth understanding of design and print processes.
Develop, implement and evaluate regular member recruitment campaigns to collectively achieve business goals
End to end management of member outreach activities, including event attendance and setting up contra deals with partners
Develop and execute campaigns for established and new events
Develop and execute campaigns for commercial sales
Review and update of Membership and Sales marketing collateral online & offline
Efficient and effective prospect data management, list building
Feed into the overall marketing strategy for the organisation
Content writing & proof reading
Increase website traffic through campaigns
You will be an energetic marketer with at least 2 years' experience in membership and/or NFP recruitment & event marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with proven results in growth & increasing engagement. You should have experience of designing, scheduling and running campaigns within social media channels, specifically:
You should bring a can-do approach together with first-rate team-working. You will be comfortable with all aspects of digital marketing, be a good copywriter with excellent written English and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to proofreading & design. You will have sound analytical & presentation skills and excellent time management and have a CIM qualification or marketing degree. You will be proficient with all major business software applications and have a knowledge of emailing platforms and CMS.
