JOB TITLE: Financial Planning Administrator - P5481

LOCATION: Trowbridge, Wiltshire

SALARY: £18,000 to £21,000 per annum, depending on experience plus quarterly bonus, 28 days holiday including Bank holidays, pension plus childcare vouchers

Are you looking for a new challenge? Our prestigious client has an urgent requirement for a Financial Planning Technical Administrator to join their busy team.

As Financial Planning Technical Administrator,this key role will providing a range of support to the Paraplanners and Advisors, in particular compiling client information as well as regular liaison with clients and policy providers.

Duties will include:

  • Submitting new business on behalf of clients
  • Facilitating annual reviews for clients
  • Processing new client information
  • Using a range of IT programmes to provide clients with an overview of their investment performance
  • Additional administrative duties

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role (ideally gained with financial services) together with first rate presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of clients. In addition, a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is needed. You will be adept at prioritising your workload and used to working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
