Our client a local solicitor based in Mansfield, who offer legal advice to families and businesses, are currently recruiting for Legal Secretaries to add to their expanding team.
The ideal Legal Secretary will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment. In this role you would be expected to support senior solicitors and fee earners.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Audio Typing
- Digital dictation
- Diary management
- Administrative duties
- Assisting other members of the department as required
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
The successful Legal Secretary must have worked in a litigation, commercial property or matrimonial department previously. You would be highly organised and have audio typing skills and experience of using Microsoft office.
The right candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a solicitors practice.
