We are a successful B2B PR consultancy specialising in aviation, travel and transport industries. We work internationally with a range of industry-leading clients. As part of our ongoing growth, we have a superb opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to become the latest addition to our team.

Reporting to an Account Director, you will help us build and manage clients’ reputations through trade and national media relations. Working Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm, you will receive a salary of up to £28K, 25 days’ holiday per year (plus bank holidays), auto-enrolment pension, cycle to work scheme and the opportunity to study for an industry recognised qualification.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Writing press releases
  • Writing opinion piece articles
  • Creating social media content
  • Attending client meetings
  • Creating briefing documents for clients and journalists
  • Pitching to journalists
  • Performing client account administration
  • Attending trade shows
  • International travel to meet with clients when required
  • Other adhoc duties

You must be a talented and precise writer, with excellent research skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics and technology. You must enjoy the cut and thrust of media relations and be ambitious to achieve outstanding results. You will need two years’-plus PR experience, including B2B work, gained in an agency or in-house department.

You will be a high academic achiever, with excellent English grammar, punctuation and spelling. This position would suit a candidate with an outgoing and confident manner, a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude, professional pride and attention to detail. You will also be flexible, sociable and have a sense of humor.
