JOB SPECIFICATION
JOB TITLE: SOUTH EAST MEMBERSHIP EXECUTIVE
ACCOUNTABLE TO: MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
HOURS: 08.30 - 5.30PM (with flexibility required as needed)

LOCATION: FIELD POSITION BASED FROM HOME

TERRITORY: SOUTH EAST REGION (including West London)

OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Based out in the field, you will be working in a given territory visiting existing members, driving our client's offers and gaining membership commitment. As you develop you will be tasked on generating new business among members and growing your territory turnover. To do this you will need to demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility and resilience. Being able to personality match and build rapport with your clients will be the key to your success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*All accounts that are assigned are aware of you as their primary contact with our client - ownership and responsibility for their financial performance is yours
*Manage your own time in an effective and productive manner on a day to day basis and communicate your activities regularly.
*Ensure the company brand and message is delivered in a coherent and professional manner at all times to all stakeholders.
*Drive the benefits of all supplier deals in your territory and grow commitment to the supplier deals.
*Ensure all sales opportunities are measured, pursued to a conclusion and logged on salesforce.
*Follow the guidance from the membership Services Manager, concentrating on key sectors to ensure turnover targets are achieved.
*Work with the internal team and ensure you gain all the required support and input necessary for you to succeed.
*Collaborate with the wider Team, Suppliers and Distributors to develop business plans with each of the members in your territory.
*Introduce and sell the service benefits package to members.
*Continuously improve and innovate the way in which we engage with members.
*Liaise more closely with the business to ensure our software is being utilised in a coherent and commercially beneficial manner.
*Increase commercial understanding of the mechanics of the business.
*Provide a monthly report on all relevant activity.
REQUIREMENTS
*Degree qualified or equivalent
*Passion and Enthusiasm, and a can do attitude
*An understanding of the Independent merchant market is preferable but not essential
*Good verbal and written communication skills.
*Good I.T. skills and be fully IT literate
*Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
*Commercially astute
*Looking to develop and progress
*Able to work as an individual and as part of a wider team
*Friendly and approachable
*Demonstrate the maturity to progress within our organisation
*Understanding of a clear career path progression within the organisation and skills needed to move forwards within the business
*Clean UK driving licence
