Duties will include:

Working as part of a small, busy team, you will be involved with all elements of the company accounts, administrations and systems.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with field staff to chase paperwork
  • Supplier and Customer Liaison
  • Preparation of Invoices and ensuring prompt payment from customers
  • Updating diaries
  • Returns and stock management
  • Dealing with Suppliers by telephone and email
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with or forwarding enquiries as needed
  • Maintain an efficient filing system to ensure that all company documents are easily available
  • Using PowerPoint for design duties
Skills required:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
