Warranty Administrator Warwick £23,000 basic £30,000 OTE

Our client, a well respected automotive retailer, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator for one of their very busy car dealerships near Warwick

Job Description:

Working within the dealership's service department, as the Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for recovering the cost of any work covered by a form of insurance, guarantee or warranty and for making claims from the appropriate manufacturer in line with policy.

Main duties will include reviewing and assessing the validity of all claims, preparing invoices, and transmitting all supporting material to the manufacturer within specified deadlines.

Warranty Administrator Experience Required:

  • You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • This position is ideally suited to an individual with good communication and organisational skills.
  • You will have current or recent warranty claiming experience in a franchised main dealer environment.
