Administration Assistant 6 month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to provide support to a finance team as well as the main office based here in Salisbury. Working for a high end accountancy firm based, you will be supporting the finance manager with all administration and so we are looking for someone who has good knowledge of Excel. Ideally you will know how to create a spreadsheet and have an understanding of formulas.
Some duties will include:
Reception duties to include meeting and greeting clients, operate the switchboard and calls, organise refreshments for meetings, and general admin
Financial and administrative support to the Finance Manager on a daily basis
Assist with the filing for the whole office, and archiving
Help assist with the IT function for the office
Keep the database updated on a daily basis
To be successful in this role you will have good knowledge of Excel, and you will be highly organised. We are also looking for a strong communicator, and someone who has excellent grammar and spelling, because you will be producing legal documents and taking messages accurately and quickly. Customer focus will be a passion of yours.
Hours M-F 9 - 5.30, salary 16,000 - 18,000pa.
This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the potential for a permanent contract.
