Are you a tenacious, driven, confident sales person looking for your next "step up"? The Just Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join the social, growing team of our client based in the Essex area.

You will have experience within a target driven sales position, ideally B2B product sales within the UK.

The successful applicant will be responsible for new business development as well as visiting existing customers, encouraging sales from dormant accounts. You will be developing the London and Essex area and must be able to hit the ground running, manage your own time effectively and be proactive.

You will have:
* The ability to chase up and convert leads into real business, nurturing relationships and turning new opportunities into a loyal customer base
* Tenacious, ethical attitude, be well presented and good at managing time, as this role will require someone to set your own appointments and manage your own diary

This position will be based on the road for 4 days a week, working from the head office 1 day a week to liaise with the team, growing your book of business, as well as working closely with the line manager to strategise future sales activity.
