Focus Search and Selection are pleased to be identifying a Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop their client’s security business across the Midlands.

This is a great position to join a reputable security service business with an emphasis throughout the Midlands.

The role:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in developing the growth through securing new, profitable contracts whilst delivering proactive sales via managing relationships with new and existing customers.

The Person:
The company are looking for an experienced sales individual, within the security sector. You will have a proven track record of generating revenue through new sales and relationship account management. They are looking for someone who can operate alone, set up their own meetings, work to agreed targets, and has strong presentation and networking skills.
