We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant for our growing Change Management team - part of our established Private Sector Division. For an accomplished Recruiter this role is available in either the Bristol or Reading office.
You will be working with FTSE 100 companies across the whole of commerce, placing executive level Project and Programme Management candidates on both a temporary and permanent basis.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success within a senior market. You will be a credible, articulate individual with outstanding commercial and people skills and a passion for growing business. In addition you will have an impressive billing history and have the ability to business develop clients, build strong candidate relationships, and leverage off existing relationships well. In addition, to be successful in this market, you must show a solid understanding of business transformation and market trends.
