Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast paced and dynamic organisation based in Harrogate. Due to substantial growth they are looking for a strong individual to join their team. This company offers excellent progression throughout their Finance department for the right individual :-

*Chase debt by phone, e-mail and letter
*Perform new account authorisation, including credit checks for new and existing customers
*Dealing with Money Online/ solicitors/ mediators
*Prepare accounts to go on suspend as per the On Stop procedure
*Reconcile balances to allocate payments and answer account queries
*Check BACs payments and advise on account allocation
*Update accounting software for cancelled direct debits
*Prepare the aged debt report
*Prepare weekly KPIs for review
*Send overdue letters and statements
*Prepare the direct debit file for review
*Complete the credit card payment log
*Raise certain complex credit notes
*Check and action the credit control e-mail
*Check incoming post and update customer records accordingly

You will have strong credit control experience and exposure dealing with large volumes in a fast paced environment. You must be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude and someone who works well within a team.
