Area Sales Manager - Paints & Coatings - £30-40K + 10% + Car

The Role: This Area Sales Manager role is to develop new accounts in the OEM space, selling to agricultural and construction equipment manufacturers. You will be talking to buyers, engineer and company directors and will also inherit a small portfolio of accounts to manage. A full company induction and product training course is on offer to the new Area Sales Manager here and you will be given a great deal of autonomy in your role.

The Company: Established for nearly a century and with a sales turnover approaching £25 million, our client is a mid-market organisation with a strong managerial team in place. They manufacture and sell a range of protective paints and coatings for agricultural and construction machinery and are now looking to employ y a new Area Sales Manager.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You will have a track record of selling to OEMs
  • You will be on an upward curve in your career
  • Driven and consultative candidates with excellent rapport building skills
