A fantastic opportunity has arisen in this well established Marketing and Communications team for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to cover maternity leave from August 2017 for up to 12 months.

The post has particular responsibility to create and implement event marketing campaigns, recruitment marketing campaigns and marketing campaigns to promote retail outlets throughout Sheffield.

You will also contribute to the achievement of the strategic communications objective and communicate effectively with stakeholders, so that they have an accurate understanding of what my client does and how.

In liaison with the Digital Communications Manager and Head of Marketing and Communications you must manage and maintain high standards of both content and presentation in all aspects of communications across all media, including copy writing, visual identity, branding and digital communications. You will actively research information on new communication technologies and opportunities making recommendations for exploiting them.

Key responsibilities:
-Create marketing plans and assist managers in implementing them.
-Contribute to the development of the social media presence.
-Assist in the day to day maintenance of social media sites, including updating content.
-Contribute to the day to day maintenance of the website and web content.
-Regularly analyse website and social media statistics.
-Work closely with the Graphic Design team to create promotional material.
-Maintain stock of promotional materials and source and order as required.

The person:

-You must be experienced in all of the above areas and have proven Marketing and Communication skills.
-Have excellent writing and Editing Skills.
-Experience of building relationships and successful stakeholder management.
-Experience in the following disciplines: writing press feature articles, copy writing, managing integrated communications campaigns, website management and optimisation, organising and managing events, marketing planning and creation of marketing materials.
-Experience of collaborative working with internal and external sources.
-Dealing with confidential information.
-Working towards targets.
-Managing budgets.

You will be rewarded with an attractive salary of £23,500 - £24000 for this Full time (37.5hr) role which is set to start early August 2017 for a period of up to 12 months to cover maternity.
