My client is currently looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager for their busy commercial vehicles department in the Liverpool area.

Package is £25-40k basic DOE, plus bonus. OTE £80k.


This role requires a strong motivational manager and the right candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding objectives, experience of people coaching / development / management; an ability to manage a team within a commercial environment and maximise opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include running a team of commercial vehicle Sales Executives. You and your team will be expected to deliver on targets and KPI's as well as delivering first class customer service. You will also be responsible for driving the business forward, by implementing fresh ideas and motivating your team.

Due to the objective of the role experience within Commerial Vehicle Sales Management is essential.

An ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with customers and other team members is essential.
