As their Warranty Manager, you will supervise all technical diagnostic and repairs to franchise specifics and warranty guidelines, administering warranty policy in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer and customer.
Ensuring all administrative functions within the warranty department proceed in accordance with company policy, you will be responsible in conducting both in-house training and best practice coaching.
Your attention to detail will be paramount, ensuring all staff complete accurate records when warranty is diagnosed on vehicles.
Being friendly and approachable, you will continue to support staff members on all matters relating to warranty as well as maintaining relationships with manufactures and other stake holders of the business.
