As the Compliance Assistant you will be reporting into the Project Manager. You will ensure all Health and Safety compliance, risk assessments and method statements are completed.
Excellent service provider are seeking a Compliance Assistant to report into the Project Manager.
As a Compliance Assistant you will be reporting into the Project Manager. You will be required to carry out additional risks assessments on site as instructed by the Project Manager. You will provide updates on the restoration processes, third party repair requirements, variations to contract, additional equipment requirements and timescale deviations.
You will need to provide all compliance details for example PAT test certifications for the client. Ensure all equipment complies with current Health and Safety legislation.
You will report on all accidents and assist with developing a strong Health and Safety environment.
You will be in charge of insuring all employees submit their timesheets and it has been authorised.
You will need to have a proven background in a supervisory position.
Proven ability to work to strict deadlines
Excellent organisation skills
A background of working in construction or insurance refurbishment would be high advantageous.
