Sewell Wallis are a specialist Recruitment Consultancy based in Leeds. Our areas of expertise include Accountancy, Finance, Commercial, HR and Sales and Marketing. Due to an increased volume of new vacancies and increased need for candidate resourcing we are now looking to strengthen our already successful office with a Candidate Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

We will be looking for the successful candidate to join us at the end of April / beginning of May and to commence an intensive training program in order to progress to Consultant level within 6 months. The training programme offered will be dependant on the skill level of the successful applicant but will cover all aspects of the recruitment cycle.

Initially your duties will include;

-Candidate resourcing through a variety of media including Linkedin, job adverts, candidate calling, mailshots, networking and recommendations
-Interviewing candidates
-Advertising vacancies
-Marketing our business
-ID and qualification compliance
-Reference checking
-Administration support

Suitable candidates will;

-Have some recruitment resourcing experience already and will be looking to move to a fast paced business with the view to being trained to be a Consultant.
-Have a high work ethic, prepared to go the extra mile, tenacious with a strong character who is happy to challenge the status quo.
-Be results driven, self motivated and a high achiever.
