Location: Staffordshire

Salary: £32,032 per annum (£16.00 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time hours, 38.5 hours

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly-skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) to work as a Deputy Manager in a purpose built nursing home based in Staffordshire.

Here they provide specialised support for those living with dementia, intermediate care as an alternative to a hospital bed and short-term respite stays to give home carers a well earned break. They also welcome adults and young people with learning or neurological disabilities. In every case the service is there to provide all the care each person's own family could wish for.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism RGN or RMN with a strong post-qualifying background. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have some experience of leading / managing people, ideally within a similar care home environment, as well as excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
