Job Title: Paraplanner / IFA Admin
Salary: £20,000 up to £24,000 after probation
Benefits: Exams paid for, Company pension, progression
My client is a fantastic practice who delivers para planning support to the financial sector they require some one who is passionate about paraplanning and are either already experienced as a paraplanner and want to work with an expanding company of someone who is looking for that next step
On offer is an excellent starting salary with a salary increase after completing probation and the opportunity to progress with Exams.
Duties will Include:
Providing full support to the IFAs
Supporting the Director with any administrative duties
Working on various products including EIS, ECT’s, Pension products
Using various back office systems and platforms
Repairing and delivering bespoke investment reports, within set SLAs, to clients through the analysis of existing investment portfolios and comparison against suitable benchmarks
Producing, when required, tax and other complex calculations
Preparing and interpreting complex plan information with a view to completing transfer analysis
Preparing complex financial planning reports, within set SLAs, in multiple financial planning areas
Researching and reviewing, where necessary, new, and existing legislation and technical/product information to aid in the role that is performed
Communicating with IFAs coherently on a regular basis, in order to gather sufficient information on client cases, and updating on case progress
Skills and Experience required:
Experience in a Paraplanner role or Administrator role
Experience working in Investments and Pensions
