**Housing Operational Manager**

Your new company
A charity and a registered housing association working in Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings & St Leonard and other parts of Sussex. Their Mission is to combat homelessness, create opportunities, and promote change and aims to achieve this Mission through a network of interlinked projects. Working with young adults to provide programs and schemes to help them live independently. A three staged pathway of accommodation with a structured life skills programme leads to independent living: The project consists of three stages of accommodation from intensive high support to very low support prior to people moving to their own independent accommodation. The service has been remodelled to encourage a psychologically informed, empowering and client centred approach in all aspects of service delivery.

Your new role
To be the operational manager for hasting young people's services. This post will include the ability to strategically manage and develop the project along with the responsibility for all staff management, financial controls, housing management, support work and monitoring and evaluation. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of service delivery using national best practice, research and innovation to ensure that the service continues to develop to meet the needs of the clients, commissioners and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed for this role you will need experience of working with one or more of the following :resettlement, substance/Alcohol misuse, mental health difficulties, childhood trauma, personality disorders, self-harm and offending behaviour. Experience of staff management, also overseeing the provision of an educational and life skills programme and budget management.

Salary: £30,594 per annum plus on call payments of £7 per weekday night and £15 per weekend night and on Bank Holidays. 4% (Reviewed annually) pension contribution 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days
