This position would be ideal for you if you are interested in building your own telesales team around you. Joining at the inception of the team, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of profit from a sales team responsible for setting qualified appointments for field sale staff. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to lead by example by spending your time proactively making sales calls and devising incentives to ensure maximum delivery from your staff. You will create a new team to support growth of a successful company with autonomy for decisions in regards to recruitment. You will have Managerial support where required to ensure that you can focus on sales delivery. You will be someone that can lead from the front, lead by example and motivate a team to share your successes.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

* Strong Team Leadership- managing targets, and motivating team to success
* Database - Ensure data is cleaned, maintained and utilised on CRM
* Products and Services - Develop an ongoing understanding of products and services and any changes additions to the product portfolio
* Events - Play a big part in assisting with external events such as exhibitions

Personal Attributes required :

* Previous experience of managing and motivating sales teams
* Previous use of CRM or equivalent database
* Good organisational and planning skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft office with a particular focus on word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Flexible approach
* Keen eye for detail and ability top multitask
* Proactive and Enthusiastic
