An Implementation Manager is required to join the team. The team member will bring cross-cutting expertise in areas of business analysis, technical analysis and technical system configuration, from supporting the early development of requirements, performing detailed analysis and design through to supporting quality assurance, perform testing and the deployment of solutions into an operational environment. Experience of working in a multi-vendor environment and as part of on and off-shore teams is also desirable.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the implementation of the platform from a functional and configuration point of view (requirements and design sessions, cross-functional coordination, configuration planning and execution) of all assigned projects
  • Act as an Application Expert providing solutions that are technically feasible and applicable to the client’s business needs while maximizing Bridge potential
  • Provide support to Business Analysts on the product configuration as necessary
  • Configure the Bridge product to build client solutions
  • Work with the Business Analysts to create the solution documentation, gather, analyze and document business requirements
  • Support end user training
  • Assist the client during integration testing, as well as, testing by end-users
  • Identifies any product issues and reports to the Product Owner
  • Evaluate the product configuration efforts to implement the new functionality required
  • Remain up to date with the new product features and releases
  • Provide detailed technical support to clients
  • Administrative and organizational support including preparation of internal status reports, project plans and deliverable schedules
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client account stakeholders

Experience / Requirements


  • Business Analysis / System Configuration or IT role within the insurance industry
  • Ability to roll the sleeves and focus on the objectives and outcomes / deliverables (instead of process)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience of the full IT project lifecycle from requirements capture through to hand-over to operational support in an Agile development environment
  • First rate communication skills and ability to apply these to rapid and creative problem solving in a pressurised environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities and take responsibility for delivering to time and quality requirements
  • Ability to work without close supervision, define direction and comply with overall Group strategy and objectives
