You will be working for a well established pharmaceutical company based in Watford. The company is actively seeking a Spanish speaking customer advocate to be part of their growing team.
Your new role
The main job purpose of this role is to be the main contact for the customer in handling questions and problems and to keep the customer updated with frequent information. Key responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, logging customer calls onto the company's database and following procedures to resolve problems, supplying customers with expected delivery dates and status when required and to liaise with clients about various products.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must be able to speak Spanish fluently, have experience with using SAP, be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, have strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and be a strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
