My client, a rapidly expanding business on the outskirts of Colchester, is looking to recruit an Accounts / Personal Assistant to aid with the provision of financial management and Personal Assistance to the Managing Director. The role will involve office based work but some work may be carried out at other locations so access to a car is essential.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Manage company’s purchase ledger to include ordering and payment of invoices
• Manage company’s sales ledger to include raising sales invoices and debt collection
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, meeting and travel arrangements
• Record transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Occasionally travelling with the managing Director to support at meetings or events
• Maintain the company’s HR policies and support in dealing with any HR issues
