A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, focused and hardworking Graduate level Administrator, with previous experience in a financial / accounting position and the clear desire to learn and develop, to join an international property organisation.

With a business savvy mind, an astute nature and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will excel working in a challenging and busy environment. You will ideally possess experience of accounting, billing processes and /or purchase orders; have the ability to anticipate and pro-actively resolve issues, be an effective multi-tasker and have excellent organisational skills.

Perhaps you have previously been Finance Administrator in a professional services environment and are looking for a role change?
Maybe you have been a Workday superuser dealing with property or financial accounts?
Or perhaps you have been a business support assistant using Workday on an adhoc basis and are looking for the next challenge?

We are not looking for a specific background, but are seeking the ideal candidate with a strong skill set and the desire to learn, develop and advance in an international organisation.

This Finance Business Ops Administrator role would suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Previous administrative experience in a professional services / corporate environment, preferably in a Financial team and/or organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively develop and manage relationships across all levels and cultures, specifically within stakeholder liaison
  • Experience of accounting, billing processes and / or purchase orders
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and exercise discretion, professionalism and diplomacy
  • 'Switched on', pro-active nature with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work under own initiative and prioritise a busy workload
  • Familiarity with web-based applications and communications would be an advantage
  • Experience of Workday would be highly beneficial although full training will be provided

This pivotal support role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Operational finance administration support
  • Supplier and client interaction support
  • Compliance administration support
  • Business support
