This is a continuously growing internet finance company; with the Collections Department's main aim being to contact customers and collect new and existing debt by showing forbearance and support in helping them bring their account up to date.

This role is predominantly phone based; however, contacting customers via email will also be a part of the role.

Within this department they work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

Team support is what makes this department function, competition is never far away and a bonus is rewarded at the end of each month for those who reach targets.

They aim to contact between 70 - 100 customers per day, this is dependent on ability and experience on the phones.

Good listening skills, high standard of numeracy, accuracy and good attention to detail are a must as you will need to keep the accounts up to date with all communication.

The ideal candidate will be able to approach customers in a confident and articulate manner, whilst remaining compassionate and empathetic. They must be able to take a personal approach with each customer.

To apply for this role, you will be required to have GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent and be computer literate with excellent Microsoft office skills.

Previous experience in a Collections role or call centre based role would be advantageous.
