About the Learning Mentor role

In general, throughout this Learning Mentor role, you will be lending support to the teachers and pupils across the school and running activities for small groups a tutoring some students 1:1 that best matches your degree subject. This Learning Mentor role will see you gain all the skills and experience needed to join Teacher Training, in-fact, consider this role a yearlong interview as Learning Mentors who show all the right skills and knowledge will be offered a spot on the prestigious School Direct programme that this school runs. You will be supported throughout this Learning Mentor role by an experienced SENCo, they will ensure you're given all the training and development needed to become an `Outstanding` Learning Mentor.
