Legal Secretary / Legal PA - Litigation & Disputes

JM Legal have been instructed on a brand new Legal PA role working within the Litigation department of an excellent US Law firm based in the West End of London. My client are looking for a bright, ambitious and experienced Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis working 9:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This role is supporting a key Partner within the firm along with 3 other Lawyers in a varied position with plenty of client contact. Please apply immediately to avoid missing out!

Legal Secretary / Legal PA - Litigation & Disputes

The successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA will be undertaking the following duties:

Duties:
*Extensive diary management, organising meetings, video conferences and appointments both in the UK and across different time zones on behalf of Fee Earners.
*Dealing with incoming telephone calls, email, faxes and post - taking action where appropriate.
*Booking travel, accommodation and creating itineraries on behalf of Fee Earners.
*Completing digital dictations.
*Recording time for Fee Earners.
*Producing and amending documents, general correspondence and presentations.
*Completing the billing process.
*Ensuring fee earners are well-prepared for meetings.
*Generating new client/matter forms.
*Helping other PA's when the need arises.

In order to be considered for this Legal Secretary / Legal PA role, candidates must possess the following:

*Senior PA level experience.
*Superior organisational skills and diary management.
*Effective communicator at all levels - both written and orally.
*Flexible approach to work.
*Confident working under pressure.
*Ability to work under own initiative.
*Ability to work to a deadline.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to deal with competing demands and manage expectations/prioritise effectively.
*A team player who can also display the ability to work autonomously.
