One of the UK's leading currency brokers is looking for a motivated and hardworking person to work within the online team based in their Penzance office, due to expansion within the department they are looking to recruit additional team members.

As a member of the team you will work directly with personal clients, proactively contacting clients and helping them activate their online account and assisting with any queries they have with trading online. The ideal candidate will have previous sales/customer service experience and be hard-working, motivated and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Call Centre and/or office experience is desirable, but experience within the Financial Services environment is not required for this role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join the company, within this growing and exciting market sector.

Key Competencies:

- Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Effective and first class Customer Relationship Management skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Flexibility to manage changing workloads, and ability to work with non-technology savvy clients
- Office / Call center experience desirable

Team members are rewarded with a 37.5 hour per week contract, working within a modern, friendly office and receive a good basic salary, plus achievable performance related monthly commission scheme. OTE £20,000 - £22,000.

The hours for these roles are on a rota basis to cover Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30
