Role:
To demonstrate and sell company products over the phone and via webex to Schools & Colleges in the UK market to achieve and exceed set targets and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive include (but are not limited to):

*Demonstrate and sell company products over the phone to customers and book appointments.
*Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key benefits of company products to potential customers online / via WebEx to maximise revenue.
*Ensure fast & efficient response to all leads, quotes, customer requests & requests for information.
*Develop a strong, in-depth knowledge of products, processes & telephone sales technique.
*Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on activity levels & performance outputs.
*Research target customers on CRM database and using OfSted and school websites
*Record all activities on the CRM database and adhere to processes
*Produce and maintain daily contact sheets/activity reports/CRM database as required.
*Assist in the maintenance of department processes and procedures, documentation and archive as required
*Adhere to and demonstrate Best Practice principles in all aspects of your work
*Be a flexible Team player, ready to support your colleagues if workload requires a change in your priorities
*Take responsibility for own further professional development working in partnership with line manager to identify and prioritise development areas and skills gaps
*Seek to develop own knowledge of products and customer needs to supplement training and development provided by company.

Excellent communication & sales skills - to include presentations, telephone technique and written work

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Likely to be educated to 'A' level or degree level (or equivalent)

Competent in running MS Office software with specific spreadsheet capabilities and using online applications

Experience in customer focused environment, telemarketing and/or direct sales

Must have had previous selling experience

*Maintains company property (e.g. Laptop, mobile phone, printer etc) in good working order
