This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to join an expanding business based towards central Birmingham working as a Telesales Executive.

Client Details

My client has been established in 2000, they have grown to become one of the largest independent mobile phone suppliers in the UK. They supply both consumer and business accounts. Our business customers include both SME and corporate accounts from a wide range of industry sectors.

My client are ISO 9001 accredited and provide a comprehensive portfolio of communications solutions to a wide range of industry sectors, including superfast 4G data connectivity, vehicle tracking, remote working, Machine 2 Machine, VOIP, broadband and the latest hardware from all manufacturers.


Duties of the role involve:

  • Contact customers in order to sell products/ services
  • Work to sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring repeat business
  • Account management - maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Customer retention, upselling and cross selling products
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Taking pre orders from customers and closing the sale


The suitable candidate must have the following:

  • Experience working in a Sales environment
  • Experience dealing with consumers
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional level of service
  • A determined and persuasive nature
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • A desire to exceed sales targets
  • An enthusiastic money-motivated approach
