This is a great opportunity for you to join a leading Dance Studio, offering various dance lessons to people of various ages and abilities, within a boutique hotel type environment. Members receive expert private tuition from some of the dance world’s greatest award winning teachers, many of whom are championship dancers themselves. Lessons take place at our state-of-the-art studio in London’s prestigious Imperial Wharf; a glamorous yet professional environment. Before or after lessons members can relax and unwind in the luxurious champagne bar. In addition to lessons, members are able to hire the studio for private parties, take exams, attend the wonderful parties and events staged by the studio and go to external dance exhibitions and competitions.


  • £35k Circa
  • Location: Imperial Wharf / Fulham
  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
  • Some evenings and Saturdays required when there is an event on but time off in Lieu given


This job is a senior role, where you will be responsible for the operations of the luxury studio and will be about a 50% admin role and a 50% customer orientated role (including events admin and management). The post will be working directly for the CEO (an award winning, high profile individual), who requires someone that can be trusted and able to run the studio in her absence. It is a busy and varied role, which requires someone to have some type of admin management and strong operations & customer service skills. It could be good for someone who has been in a role such as Hotel Operations / Hotel HOD / PA or Office Manager, with customer / operations skills as well.


  • Delegation to and management of Front of House/receptionist staff
  • Administration of all aspects of the studio and staff;
  • Organising events and functions including Gala Nights, Cocktail Evenings and external events;
  • Management of the CRM system, including lesson bookings, client management, and running various reports;
  • Co-ordinating daily work schedules and lessons;
  • Handling client/member queries;
  • Facilities management of the studio and organisation/co-ordination of maintenance activities;
  • Liaising with suppliers, acts and celebrities including negotiation and pricing;
  • Ensuring the studio and bar are fully stocked including ordering supplies and stock taking;
  • Updating document management system and procedures;
  • Recording staff holidays and sickness, approving time sheets;
  • Assisting with staff recruitment including temporary staff.


  • Degree level education
  • Experience in a Senior role, within Admin / PA / Hotel Management or Hotel departmental Management
  • Understands / experience of working in a Boutique type environment
  • Confident and professional
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail;
  • Must be good at multi-tasking;
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure;
  • Excellent computer skills and experience of using a CRM (customer relationship management tool);
  • Experience of customer service;
  • A team player who enjoys working with others and has empathy with staff and clients alike;
  • A quick learner with the ability to absorb new information;
  • Articulate and well-presented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • An interest in dance would be beneficial but not necessary;
