Media Sales Executive
Stamford
£18,000 - £20,000 + uncapped commission
Permanent

Our Stamford based client is looking for a Media Sales Executive to Join their team on a permanent basis to drive a national publication forward.

You will be able to build relationships quickly with potential customers, be creative, adapt to a changing commercial environment and have the ability to close the deal by handling objections positively and assertively.

You will be working closely with the advertising manager dealing with customers across the world, pitching for both print and online business.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Delivering the contract, achieving revenues and yields
  • Ensuring compliance and best practice is followed
  • Completing 30 effective calls per day
  • Market awareness
  • Maintain a close working relationship with editorial, marketing, production and accounts
  • Accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor competitor magazines
  • Sharing knowledge both upwards and downwards
  • Actively sell advertising


This position is predominantly office based however there may be occasions when you will need to travel overseas for trade shows.
Full UK driving licence and valid passport is essential

There will be an uncapped bonus scheme once set targets are hit
