Do you thrive in a busy atmosphere? Are you pro-active with a Customer Service/Account Management or Telesales background? My Clients based in Harlow are currently looking for a new Account Manager. This will be joining an energetic and friendly bunch. As an Account Manager for my client you can expect a whole range of Customer Service & Sales duties including -

- Upselling

- Making some proactive outgoing calls

- Receiving up to 35 calls on average day and 50 calls on a busy day.

- Taking incoming orders and uploading

- Coding

- Taking incoming quotations

- Dealing with any issues with delivery or stock

- Dealing with any complaints

- Contacting current clients

- Building and maintaining a high level of rapport

- Prioritising incoming e-mails and faxes

The ideal candidate should have a background in Customer Services/Sales and be forward thinking in the way they approach their work load. You will need to be a real team player and although you will handle your own designated area you need to be able to help with colleague's desks. In return you have the potential of earning a quarterly team bonus. This is a really friendly company and will be a good environment to work within.

9:00 - 17:15 Monday - Thursday, 17:00 finish on Friday
