Our Client is a successful MAT looking to appoint to newly created Curriculum Director roles.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for an existing, or possibly an outstanding aspiring Head of Department to take on a new role. You would be taking the delivery of your subject one step further in the school and as part of a core subject leadership team, across the MAT. The core subject leaders play a key role in delivering outcomes for young people and are responsible for the wide coverage of their subjects and their teams.

Being an important part of the SLT to play a leading role in developing the curriculum across the MAT

We are looking for someone who:
Will have experience of holding a position of responsibility
- Will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with an excellent track record of progress and results
- Will have in depth knowledge of the National Curriculum at all Key Stages
- Will have the ability and knowledge to teach A level
- Ability to delegate responsibility with accountability
- Mentoring training of NQT
