The role is split into 3 sections -


As the copywriter, you will represent the brand across all of our communications channels and act as gatekeeper for Tone Of Voice.

This role will involve working with the Marketing & PR and Ecommerce teams to write, proofread and check copy including:

- Product descriptions

- Website meta data and front-end

- Email

- Blog posts (including coding)

- Social media: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

- Instore POS

- All other marketing communications e.g. press releases, invitations to events, customer letters, terms and conditions, affiliate & marketplace communications

Social Media Coordinator

As the Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for managing of the brand’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter platforms, working closely with Marketing and Ecommerce to develop the strategy for each channel.

This role requires:

- Managing the platforms on a day-to-day basis and looking for opportunities to grow numbers and engage with our followers

- Maintain the social media content calendar

- Conducting weekly analysis of each platform and writing up reports on your findings

- Responding to follower questions and queries

- Monitoring social advertising and paid promotion

- Monitoring the growth of competitor platforms

- Looking at opportunities to develop new platforms such as Pinterest, LinkedIn and Weibo in the future

Content Generation

You will be tasked with creating engaging and relevant content to support the website on the brand pages and on the company’s blog.

This will require:

- Digging deep into the heritage of the brand, picking out stories relevant to today. This could include researching about notable former customers or film credits, for example

- Actively look to generate more blog content by discovering, attending and covering non-company related events (such as exhibition launches or summer sporting dates) to further the brand’s lifestyle content

- Work with external writers and influencers to create engaging content and expand the variety of posts for blog readers

- Attending and covering events

- Interviewing notable figures

- Source imagery where necessary

- Helping to define and implement the digital content strategy

Other ad-hoc tasks:

- Liaising with photographers/ videographers for possible social media shoots or use at events

- Input into photoshoots

- Look for holes where we should be generating more content and work with the team to create this through photo shoots and partnerships

- Keep an eye on influencers within the luxury menswear area and look for opportunities where we could work with them to reach new customers


- 2-3 years’ experience within the fashion industry, preferably menswear

- Experience managing social media channels for a brand

- Copywriting/journalism experience

- Be a self-starter who actively looks for opportunities to generate engaging content

- An understanding of marketing

- on and offline, including search engine optimisation

- Experience generating content for a fashion/luxury brand would be ideal

- Be prepared to attend events outside of working hours occasionally
