QA & Complaints Handler
One of our favourite clients based in Norwich is looking for a Complaints Handler to join their expanding QA team.
Job role Complaints Handler
Salary £18,000 - £23,000
Purpose of the role - To manage complaints in accordance with all FCA regulations. This will be both written and Verbal complaints, ensuring all correspondence is kept within SLA's.
Previous complaints handling experience is essential. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of dealing with difficult customers.
Experience of working within the insurance industry or other FCA regulated sector is desirable.
