A growing ecommerce business with offices based in London are currently looking to expand their marketing team by hiring a talented Analyst. They are rapidly expanding and they will be revamping their website, brand and launching internationally in the next few months meaning that this is an exciting time for anyone to join.

Role of Marketing Data Analyst

This is a new role for the business so you will have lots of opportunity to make the role your own, and as they grow bring on new people underneath you as the role develops. The Marketing Data Analyst will work closely with the Marketing Manager providing actionable insights on customer behaviour.

- Provision of customer selections for campaigns
- Post campaign analysis and provide recommendations for improvements
- Improve customer reporting
- Help to understand customer lifetime value and retention rates
- Build and monitor effective dashboards

Requirements for Marketing Data Analyst

- Experience working with databases in order to look at marketing campaigns
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to partner with marketing
- Data Analysis skills with tools like SPSS would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience using BI or Visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or Cognos would be beneficial also
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics is also beneficial
