Lead Analyst - Fraud Strategy

Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

THE ROLE & TEAM
The Strategic Analysts run the analytics to outwit the criminals - they prevent losses within the organisation and customers, protecting society in what is a multi-dimensional, ever-changing climate - this is a very exciting space to work in as there is so much variety within projects across the different departments, always striving to stay one step ahead of the fraudsters. The added benefit is they will consider analysts from a wide range of industries - previous tech/financial fraud experience isn't necessary!
They are very hands on, deliver actionable insight and recommendations and above all work as the strategic advisors to the business
The team is built on problem-solving skills, those who are commercially minded and not just focussed on the numbers
They have increasing recognition across the business and are involved with multi-layered projects looking at Marketing, Risk, Pricing and Strategy
This role would ideally suit someone with a problem solving and strategic mindset, and passionate about translating data into actionable insights

Main Responsibilities and Tasks Include:

Acquisition to retention
How to target, have main channels, how to acquire customers in a cost effective way
Mixture of long term strategic projects
Maximising value add propositions
Drive profitability
They're in the best position to optimise pricing
Certain involvement in technical projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Commercial and Strategic mindset
Analytical skills using Excel and/or VBA
Credit Risk/Loyalty/eCommerce/Transactional analytics/Fraud background
Model validation advantageous
Ability to translate and communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills
