Your new company
An established and respected property management company, my client manage a mixed portfolio of property valued in excess of £2 billion pounds primarily within Central London. As the business continues to grow, they require talented and professional facilities professionals to join the organisation.

Your new role
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of properties mostly within Central London. You will deal with a wide range of facilities duties ranging from, sub-contractor management, budget management, overseeing H&S and contract administration duties. A familiar and friendly approach is needed.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates will have a strong background in facilities management with multi-site experience being key. A positive, proactive and well organised person, you will be flexible in your approach and have a natural passion for facilities management. An IOSH qualification is a must have.

What you'll get in return
