eMail Marketing Manager

Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a Global supply chain partner and distributor of communication, security, electrical and electronic wire and cable products providing solutions and services to the OEM industrial market. They are looking to recruit an experienced hands-on eMail Marketing Manager to fill this key position.


As a eMail Marketing Manager your responsible for developing, executing, and managing email marketing campaigns to support key initiatives to achieve demand creation and leads generation goals and objectives. This role will work with Business Units to develop, implement, track and continually optimize email marketing programs. This role will be part of a Global email marketing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, test, deploy, and track our e-mail marketing campaigns using Hubspot

  • Configure, test and launch emails, landing pages, and automated campaign flows

  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign results

  • Enforce configuration and naming standards for campaigns, assets and programs

  • A-B testing of emails

  • Integrate recommendations into the email and landing page design

  • Provide recommendations to continually increase campaign effectiveness

  • Stay current with Hubspot functionality

  • Ensure all emails are coded utilizing best practices and ensure all templates and codes are mobile friendly

  • Create trend reports that look at email campaigns over time to determine their validity

  • Copywriting specific to e-mail

  • Stay current on the latest industry developments in email marketing

  • Digital product creation using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Create weekly/Monthly reports that analyze the ROI for email campaigns and develop a deep understanding of key performance indicators
  • Ultimately responsible for on time, on strategy, accurate email program execution


  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Experience using email/marketing automation systems particular Hubspot.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, lead management or demand generation efforts ideally within the technology industry

  • Online best practices knowledge

  • Web, email template, and landing page design knowledge

  • Must be adept at HTML and CSS coding for emails specifically

  • Experience in experimental design and A/B testing

  • Knowledge/understanding of responsive design

  • Understanding of the email marketing lifecycle

  • General knowledge of graphic design and layout as it pertains to email

  • Knowledge of Photoshop/ Dreamweaver/InDesign/Illustrator and
