Junior Financial Planner
Exchange Street is continuing to work with one of the pre-eminent names in UK financial services (an award winning Chartered practice) as they look to recruit a new adviser within their telephone based sales team. While the wider business predominantly operates in the Wealth Management arena, this forward thinking practice also offers an entry level, direct to client, service that is provided over the telephone by a team of qualified financial advisers and along with it an exciting opportunity for an ambitious adviser to develop their career with a genuine market leader.
While typical clients will have up to £100,000 of investable assets and often have less complex financial planning needs, this remains a fully authorised financial advisory role requiring CF30 authorisation. Working in accordance with compliance procedures and applying the prescribed advice processes, consultants provide full financial reviews to establish continued suitability of client’s investments and identify opportunities for new business.
To be considered applicants MUST have the CII or IFS Level 4 diploma qualification as a minimum and be fully committed to ongoing professional development towards Chartered status (the company funds all exams). The role will suit both trainee advisers (paraplanners, mortgage or protection advisers) or advisers looking for a less face to face advice role. Applications will be welcomed from those with either IFA, restricted or bancassurance backgrounds.
The role is fully employed with an attractive basic salary (including a sizeable increase in salary for non-CAS candidates when they become CAS), full benefits package and bonus combined with ongoing support with training and CPD.
