Your new company
A five year start up business, my client have grown rapidly within the serviced office space environment for tech companies around the Shoreditch and east London area. An employee focused business, my client has created a fun and forward thinking work space for companies to intertwine and develop a unique environment. As the business continues to grow and new buildings come on line, they require a talent and passionate AFM to join their business.

Your new role
As AFM you will oversee a single building around the east London area. You will be a main client interface, dealing with multiple organisations that rent space within the building. A good understanding of facilities management and H&S is required for the role.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a junior facilities professional that wants to work in a fun and creative environment. A sense of humour and passion for the "tech industry" will be of great benefits as you work alongside some of London's brightest start-up businesses.
