OPERATIONS MANAGER - STAFFORDSHIRE - UPTO £45,000—FANTASTIC 5* HOTEL

My client’s amazing 5* hotel based in Staffordshire, who are looking for a Operations Manager to support the Front of House, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage operations within their hotel. To focus on their high standards, maintaining and develop the outlets and the spa increasing turnover.

The ideal Operations Manager will have at least 2 years Operational supervisory experience and would suit someone looking to take the next step within their managerial career. Within the role you will be tasked with:-

As the Operations Manager you will be reporting directly to the General and will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operations of the hotel

• Working with GM to produce an annual finance budget

• Proactively encourage development and motivation for self and others

• Identifying, communicating and actioning all sales leads

• Carrying out interviews and contributing to the recruitment decisions

• Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements

• Understanding relevant H&S legislation and the implications on the operation of the department including HACCP & COSHH

The ideal Operations Manager will need to have previous hotel management experience at a 5* level and would ideally be versed in providing a high end service. You will be flexible, well organised, possess excellent communication skills and an outstanding all round knowledge of Operations within hotels. The successful operations manager will be a person who leads from the front with a hands on management ethos.
