We are delighted to be working with our client based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced, proven and skilled Sales professional to deal with customer account renewals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sending out renewal letters as per regulations
- Proactively contact customers and selling the business experience in order to renew contracts.
- Use influencing and negotiating techniques to maximise renewal retention rates and margin
- Call customers at halfway stage and renew
- Proactively undertake renewal activity for the Telesales and Field Sales channels.
- Maintain professional image and promote the business brand
The ideal applicant will have previous and recent experience of having worked within a professional sales environment, where you can demonstrate your ability to understand and follow a structured sales process whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Experience of working in an environment where data quality and customer response are key to the business’ success is essential.
