Sales Administrator - Franchised Motor Dealership
Experienced Sales Administrator required in the York area.
Salary £17-19k basic, plus a bonus
We are currently seeking to recruit anon behalf of our client, one of the top motor retail groups in the UK!
You will be working closely with the Sales department and will form part of a critical team, providing proactive and highly focussed administrative support. Your duties will include processing Sales orders, placing vehicle stock orders, stock control, and vehicle taxation and invoicing for vehicle and accessory purchases. You may be required to liaise with customers in accordance with the needs of the department. Candidates should have previous experience within a main car dealership Sales Administrator role.
You should be pro-active, organised, flexible, friendly, helpful and able to prioritise a fast-paced and changing to-do list. You will be highly accurate, efficient, trustworthy and reliable, self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator.
The successful candidate will be fluent in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel and have experience of the AFRL system and Automotive DMS such as Kerridge, KDMS, Pinnacle etc.
Applicants must have recent Motor Trade Main Dealer Sales Administration experience for this role.
