Manufacturing Futures are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to help develop an expanding SME located near Harrogate. The successful Sales Manager will be tasked with working closely with the Sales Director ensuring all required systems and procedures in place and performing adequately so that sales teams can hit their targets. On offer is a great working environment with a family feel. The right person will be a good Sales Manager, from any background / industry, that is enthusiastic about sales and has a proven history of increasing revenue.

Sales Manager Role and Responsibilities Marketing Manager

Liaising with external sales people to target new customers and develop accounts throughout the UK
Provide help improving the website and brochures to achieve new accounts
Head up sales meetings and help resolve issues form all parties
Give a helping hand with exhibitions internationally dealing with new accounts

Sales Manager Skills and Abilities Marketing Manager

Experience managing a small team and developing individuals to hit and exceed targets
A good understanding of sales and marketing with knowledge of web design, CRM systems and multi-faceted marketing techniques (print, electronic, direct mail)
The ability to liaise with external Sales Managers to ensure all contacts are being approached and developed
Happy with engaging with customers and clients when needed, liaising closely with the sales team, design team and shop floor
